As a longstanding yoga teacher and therapist, I have very much enjoyed creating personalised meditations, guided relaxations and therapeutic stories for my clients.
All of these are live practices that were offered to people seeking support, or my own family supporting them in the ways I know how. I now want to offer these to you. Please do share with others if you think they would like them.

For Parenting:
These are practices that have been recorded as part of the parenting programme that I run. It is part of a series of ways in which we work to recall and amplify our own innate knowing of how to parent in a way that is right for our own family.
Inner Sun
A guided meditation to find our way back to our inner sun: where we are loving, compassionate and attuned.
Amplifying Compassion
An audio practice for adults to develop compassion towards themselves and others.
Body Anchoring
An offering for all parents and carers to empower you to find your inner strength and knowing even in the most challenging times of parenting.
For Grounding & Resourcing:
Before going on any journey we have to prepare. We might look at the map, pack a bottle of water and snacks or let someone know we are on our way. This is the case in therapy too. The more prepared we feel before entering the challenges, the further we can travel.
Here are some resources that can support you on this journey or someone you know to feel more prepared. This may be for a specific situation or circumstance or simply for the challenges that we are bound to face each day. Please do feel free to share these widely with anyone who you think may benefit.
Safe Space
A short practice of finding an imaginary or visited place of comfort to support you.
Being with your Team
It is my direct experience that to be our fullest self we need a team. This guided meditation will take you right there to meet them and you will leave the practice knowing they still exist within.
Coming into the Moment
A practice to do anywhere at any time to remember what is here and now.
Wave Breath
This is a practice I learnt from my teacher Chinnamasta that I use everyday and find so helpful, hence sharing it with you. Settling ourselves through the rhythmic predictability of our own breath.
Therapeutic
Practices:
Sometimes I work with someone to support them in finding aspects of themselves that they have forgotten. These practices have been designed with that in purpose.

A magical journey recorded live with young children and really suitable for those under 8... giggles and wiggles to rest and restore.
Releasing Heaviness
A narrative practice recorded in a training in Copenhagen to show therapists how we can use stories with children to help them to release fear and welcome in lightness. This can be listened to as a training resources or with children and young people directly
Remembering we are Love
A live practice recorded with my family, to your family, to remember that essentially we are all love.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest & Nourishment:
All of these have been recorded with people in mind who have experienced high levels of trauma and are very gentle and permissive.
